We bet you can come up with a better logo than this!
Out with the old, in with the new! President-Elect Donald Trump has vowed to repeal and replace Obamacare. And even though no one has any idea yet what he’ll replace it with or what the program’s official name will be, one thing’s for sure: The media will quickly dub it Trumpcare.
“Before the election, Mr. Trump’s supporters never really got around to asking what will be in Trumpcare,” explained a Washington insider. “Now there’s a lot of excitement and curiosity. His ardent fans – known as Trumpeteers – are like kids waiting to open their presents on Christmas morning.”
Two things are key to the success of the program. One is an upbeat name, akin to the Patriot Act.
“The Healthcare Freedom Act and the Really Great Affordable Care Act are two suggestions that have been bandied about,” the insider explained.
Another important element is an inspiring logo. To help the incoming president find one that captures the essence of the program, we’re launching a contest to design a Trumpcare logo. Whether you’re an advertising professional, a design student or just a patriotic Trumpeteer, you’re invited to send your design in J-peg form to freedomshammerpr@aol.com
The winner selected by our judges will receive a $25 prize and the top submissions will be sent directly to the offices of Mr. Trump for his perusal. While there’s no guarantee the new Commander in Chief will choose any of the designs, there’s every chance you’ll soon find yourself the subject of a congratulatory tweet.
The deadline for the contest is January 1. So put on your thinking cap – and start designing!
